FDO: Remove unused branches/trunks from SVN repositories

I see that there is a 3.2.x branch in the new merged subversion repository. However, to the best of my knowledge it is not tracking changes happening in the various old fdo sub-repositories. Also, the various sub-repositories still have a trunk even though it is not being maintained.

I would like to propose that the trunk be removed from all the old repositories and that the 3.2.x branch be removed from the new merged repository to avoid confusion and possibly misapplied patches in the future. I am prepared to do this task if there is agreement.

So specifically I propose:
