Description
Found this case:
While connecting to an ArcSDE Server, an error message "The coordinate system description is invalid (-143)" is issued. The cause was a corrupted WKT in SDE.SDE.SDE_SPATIAL_REFERENCES (truncated value).
It makes sense to ignore the corrupted records and continue reading the coordinate system than since the such csys is not used anyways.
