Description

We haven't built FDO with autotools on Linux for a very long time, it's all done via CMake. The autotools files are also in a state of disrepair and there's no point maintaining 2 build systems for Linux.

So to drop any notion that FDO on Linux can be built with autotools, we should remove all autotools files.

In 8243:

Remove autotools build support and auxiliary files. This build system has been in a state of disrepair for the longest time and on Linux we now build with CMake by default anyways, so these files serve no purpose anymore.
