Description
In changeset 1986 (http://trac.osgeo.org/csmap/changeset/1986) new systems have been added and also the category.asc file had been changed. At least 1 system in the LL category got duplicated: IGN63 Hiva Oa
While this might be no problem for CSMAP, the MapGuide CS API doesn't handle that very well; it's de-facto impossible to add a new CS to the LL category anymore (while persisting the full list of CS names originally contained in it).
