• Improve Unit Tests Port tests from GeoTools, CS-Map
• Make Projection parameters more discoverable and self-describing
• Support reading and writing of the WKT coordinate system specification language (in various dialects)
• Implement datum conversions

• Build a command-line tool to allow coordinate transformation
• Build a GUI to provide coordinate transformation
• Build a GUI to provide visualization of projections and coordinate systems
