     1As noted on https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/postgis-devel/2019-October/028199.html and https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/postgis-devel/2019-October/028184.html we all voted to move to Git and Gitea for our Git repo.
     2We will still have a git mirror on github and allow pull requests on github, gitlab, and gitea.
     3Trac will still be our issue tracker.
