svn hook is not working — at Initial Version

Description
strk do I need to copy the svn hook somewhere? I thought it read from git
https://git.osgeo.org/gogs/postgis/postgis-svn-hooks/src/master/post-commit
I added a line to call the worker job for each branch but it is not working.
I tested my line in an sh script and works from my sh script.
