USAGE: shpbuilder <spec_file> <out_dir>
This program creates an ESRI shapefile from an EMET or OSSIM spec file.
  NOTES:
  - Remember to uncomment keywords (ie. // area.lat_lon)
  - Polygon shape is created from bounding rectangle, not vertices
