rpc2ogeom

converts from residual polynomial coefficients to an ossim geometry file.

 rpc2ogeom <input file> [<output file>]

   <input file>  Currently we have tag readers
                 for nitf

   <output file> Is an optional output file.  It
                 will default to the input file and change
                 to a .geom extension.
