Close all the terminal window, and open a new one


Compile Ossim core libs:
Open a new terminal to load the environment vars and:

 ./configure --with-geotiff=/usr/local/ --with-jpeg=/usr --with-libtif=/usr/local/ --prefix=/usr/local/ossim

make
sudo make install

To build libwms on ubuntu 8.10 download these patch :

Save the patch as libwms.patch and run :

Load the new libraries open a new terminal and type :

Build the Qt4 Gui executable application

Build the Qt4 Gui for OssimPlanet :
