+With this building cycle we are starting with a new category [9] on discourse.

+The main focus of this category is documentation and translation.
+Translation is taking place on [5], and we have a basic training video [10].

+We want to be able to add as many new languages to the release's documentation.
+Those with at least  35% will be considered for inclusion in the documentation.
