= OSGeo-Live 13.1 Released =

A documentation-only version of the [http://live.osgeo.org OSGeoLive GIS software collection] has been released, featuring improved documentation for over 50 open source, standards compliant geospatial applications.

== Successful results from the Google Season of Docs program ==

The OSGeoLive team submitted projects for consideration in the 2019 [https://developers.google.com/season-of-docs Google Season of Docs] program. [1]

A successful match with technical writer, Felicity Brand, resulted in a concerted effort to improve the quickstarts for the applications on the OSGeoLive distribution. 

Felicity worked with the OSGeoLive team to review our quickstart template and implement changes to the documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. [2]
