Suggestions in GRASS quickstart

Two items in the GRASS quickstart seem to be wrong:

• In the section "Adjust raster map colors" there is reference to elevation in the user1 mapset, but it does not appear there.

• In the section "Create shaded relief map" the instructions state that layer manager switches to console. But that does not happen now.

Well, I think that the following has not been fixed on above PR.

In the section "Adjust raster map colors" there is reference to elevation in the user1 mapset, but it does not appear there.

In my understanding, Adjust raster map colors section itself needs to be deleted, if old Create a random surface section doesn't exist, but is this correct ?
