In the welcome.txt we refer to the wiki. Is this ok, or shall we move the FAQ to trac? Hi, we forgot to update the welcome message with the new instructions for changing the desktop language and keyboard settings. the version of this in the ReST help pages has been updated with the correct info for Lubuntu though, and the general idea about what to do is the same, just the buttons in different places.
