--> trial sounds absolutely terrible in European English, especially for non-native speakers. We came across this at the FOSSGIS 2012 where a high number of DVDs was distributed. Quite a few people commented on the "trial" term which suggests (to us):

• crippleware
• free as in free beer
• try and buy

Please change this to "enjoy" or "experience" or whatever...

This means that ​http://localhost comes up with a blank page (with just headings), when we want to land on our main page (in localhost/en/index.html)

This seems to be due to some fancy code that Frank Gasdorf has introduced, which I think is supposed to redirect to the correct language, based upon browser defaults, but for some reason doesn't seem to be working with my Firefox browser.

As of OSGeoLive 6.0beta4, the geomajas install script [1] installs version 1.8.0 rather than the latest stable version of 1.11.

We believe that this is also linked to geomajas not working in 6.0beta4 when the Java Advanced Imaging (JAI) library was copied into the main java library.

Geomajas on the DVD is still in version 1.8.0. The link you provided was referring to Geomajas 1.11.0
