Description	version 14 alpha 2 contains pgadminIII from the repos https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/blob/master/bin/service_postgresql.sh#L55 would be great to have pgadmin4 instead of III or in addition pgadmin III us old and folks should use the new version see also ticket 2151 for version 13 https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive/ticket/2151
