Description
Selecting Update Manager from the GUI Main Menu Bar, and executing updates, does not complete cleanly..

Hi,
apparently some other unofficial repo is providing opencpn packages, perhaps zygrib's. I'm traveling right now but I'll sort it all out some time in the next week or so.

3rd party zygrib repo now dropped (it was providing a beta build package of opencpn too); that avoids needing to put a hold on the installed opencpn version.

We have to make sure we clean things up with all the repositories involved during the build process. I already switched otb to stable ppa, since otb 3.14 is out. I also see some opencpn errors here.
