This is an ongoing activity to be performed during documentation development. The process is to run: bin/extract_doc_versions.sh, then copy output into the doc status spreadsheet: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AlRFyY1XenjJdFRDbjFyWHg1MlNTRm10QXk0UWEzWlE&hl=en_GB&authkey=CPTB6uIE#gid=5
