Set up a Mapserver example

Description
So far Mapserver is running and works, but doesn't serve data, which is not that impressive. Setting up a little example, maybe with a little OpenLayers client might change that.

It does have 2 demos installed. Changeset:2247 adds a firefox launcher. Needs to be tested.
