English presentation includes German content

Description
While going through the disk documentation to see how things are shaping up, I noticed that the link to the (en) presentation shows the German version.
I am guessing this is a packaging issue, since the documents are fine on Git.

This is now fixed in the docs debian package and has been pushed to the release ppa.
In case we do not build an RC3, the fix can be applied in the disk with a simple
sudo apt-get install osgeolive-docs
This might be our first package update ever...

This issue seems to be in the Makefile somewhere. When doing a "make html", the docs created have en/presentation/index.html generated as German docs.
The work around is to delete de/presentation/index.html , which means that the only docs created will be English docs.
