#1238 closed defect (fixed)
shp2pgsql-gui is missing from the geospatial menu

Description
While shp2pgsql is built, shp2pgsql-gui is not. On a Linux system, building it should be trivial, so why it's omitted is not clear. Just configure --with-gui.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of the package. Added in #10903.

It seems that this package is not included in the latest builds.

In fact, the gui is in the live, it's in the postgis package BUT there's no menu item for it, so it's there-but-not-there from the point of view of a user who is mousing through the contents of the database menu folder.

Confirmed fixed in build 167
I will file this upstream with DebianGIS/UbuntuGIS since it comes from the postgis package. My suspicion is a way needs to be found to split it into a separate package so that postgis installed on a server does not pull gui dependencies.
