ossim data fail to download for the last few builds

I got this alternaive URL from Massimo di Stefano ​http://geofemengineering.it/osgeolive/ossim.tar.gz

but I don't know what will be the permanent download location, so I didn't commit any changes to the install_ossim.sh. (I guess he'll take care of it in time)

I gave Massimo upload permissions to the osgeo download server last week. He should be moving those files at some point soon and then letting us know the url. ​http://download.osgeo.org/livedvd/.... would be a good guess.

i still need to update the path in the script. Note, for the next build we'll continue to use this files but in the next month the plan is to with to the debian packages after some testing.
