GDAL v3.1 brings support for FlatGeobuf: ​https://gdal.org/drivers/vector/flatgeobuf.html

Seems like it's not compiled in the current builds. Could you please add it?

The gdal nightly (gdal-dev) already includes FlatGeoBuf:
