lasinfo fails in OSGeo4W 32bit

In OSGeo4W 32bit lasinfo fails with "No gdal18.dll available". To my knowledge there is no gdal18dll package in OSGeo4W32. Even when gdal18.dll is available than lasinfo fails "No procedure free_defaults in LIBMYSQL.DLL". Las package seems to be completely broken.
