And straight after logging this ticket, I got 

Trac Error

TracError: Unable to check for upgrade of trac.db.api.DatabaseManager: TimeoutError: Unable to get database connection within 0 seconds.

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed

We don't manage opengeospatial.org. I think that is OGC. So I don't know what that would have to do with us unless it's cite.geoserver.org triggering an error somehow.

At anyrate I can get to the site fine.
