Description
Dear, we are having difficulties with the system https://talks.osgeo.org/orga/event/foss4g-2024/login/ because the users do not receive the mail when they want to reset their passwords and people need to confirm their talks and workshops, so it is urgent for the development of the FOSS4G schedule.

I can confirm the problem, I tried to reset a password for a user but he didn't receive the email. I have no real idea if it is a Pretalx or a mail server problem, but some email seems to arrive

On september 1 I did receive a mail:
Hi!
We are happy to tell you that we accept your proposal "..." to FOSS4G 2024 Workshop. Please click this link to confirm your attendance until september 15
etc.
Today, September 20 just clicked on the link.
- using a wrong account (aka a fake account)
- using my account
Logged in with a "wrong account" I got this message when clicking the link
The proposal you're trying to confirm either does not exist or does not belong to the account you're currently logged in with. Try logging in with a different account, or contact the event organizers for further information.
With my account I could go to the link and added the availability time
