Description
OSGeo7 has been asking for a reboot for a while and hasn't been rebooted for 90 days.
I was planning to reboot now, but osgeo4 backups are still running pulling the containers. So I'll wait for those to be done before I do the reboot.

Everything should be back up except for old-web (which had old.www.osgeo.org, fdo.osgeo.org, and mapguide.osgeo.org). I'm working on fixing that.
I'll put a separate ticket in for that.
