I don't know the url but found that the 404 page is also linked from another page of the new site:

​https://www.osgeo.org/about/membership-rules/

And from the wiki:

I suggest you file a ticket, under the Website component. Maybe the old page was never migrated ?

The list has become too large for the CRO to maintain, see f2f meeting mins, so we are seeking to use the website going forward.

Specifically the ​http://osgeo.org/members page, filtered by charter member.

Instead of using the filter, on the menu, under about OSGeo is the list of charter members.

The whole list has being migrated. 2 sections currently,

• 1) for the members that have logged in the OSGeo website, has links
• 2) for the members that have not logged in the OSGeo website, does not have links
