need to delete one mailing list and to make changes to another one

Description
As one of the administrators of 2 mailing lists (https://lists.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geoforall-southamerica and https://lists.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geoforall-spanish) I request the removal of one of them (the second one) and changing the name of the other (to geoforall-iberoamerica) but keeping its subscribers (of both mailing lists) in this new one. Other administrators agree with this

Nothing, this just skipped my radar :-(
I've created the new list with same admins than the first, migrated the archives of the first, subscribers of both and migrated all the nabble archives to the new one.
