The Windows Template Library (WTL) library is already ported by its development team. Some of MOSS4G projects will use WTL so we need to configure them in a simple way.
There will be libs\wtl module with src directory for WTL sources.
A user is required to download WTL sources and copy them into libs\wtl\src.
