implemented.

Hello,

I have notice a little problem in the mapscript function 
layerobj -> drawquery(imageobj).
This function do not hilite the shape and work as theother function draw(imageobj)
In the mapscript_i.c source file I modify line 690 msDrawLayer -->
msDrawQueryLayer and all works correctly!! 
Please insert this little change in the future relase 4.1

Fix committed to branch-4-2 to be included in v4.2.1

Will commit to 4.3 later... I'm in the middle of something and can't commit now.
