Sean,

I think it would be nice to have a note in mapscript/python/README explaining
how to use SWIG to generate the mapscript.py mapscript_wrap.c if they were
missing from the source distribution. If this information is already available
somewhere else then perhaps a ref to that other document from the README would help?
