[PHP MapScript] no way to set layer template to null

Description
There is currently no way to set a layer's template attribute to null. This is important because of bug 569 in which queries with the layer template value don't respect class restrictions (i.e. all features are considered) so we need a way to programmatically remove the layer template under some circumstances. Even without this bug, this would be a useful option.

Fixed in 4.2 CVS. I have modified the IF_SET_STRING() macro in php_mapscript to support passing NULL as the value. So you can set any string class member to null now.
