[Legend HTML Templates] leg_group_status tag not available in an [if]

In the Group Block currently the leg_group_status tag is not available to use in
an [if] statement.

It seems that [leg_group_status] was never implemented, but instead a
[layer_status] tag is supported in the legend templates to do exactly what
[leg_group_status] should do.

Can you please check that [layer_status] works, and if it does then I think
we'll fix the docs instead of changing the behavior.

Yarg!  Yep, you are correct.  name=layer_status works just fine inside the group
block.

Oh, BTW, please fix this in 4.1 at least, and in 4.0.x as well if it's not too
complicated.
