Mapscript label documentation is lacking

Description
The swig and php mapscript documentation does not seem to contain all label functions and variables. Ticket #3523 mentions MAXOVERLAPANGLE, but other things also seem to be missing - REPEATDISTANCE, MINDISTANCE, ...
I am not very familiar with mapscript, so I hope that someone more knowledgeable can look into this and point out what is actually missing (for both swig and php).
