Description
Apparently the documentation states that if qlayer is omitted from a query call then the query will operate on all layers. That's not true. Both index and item queries operate on one, and only one, layer at a time. We could change item queries but not index queries but that's another ticket.

OK. I guess you know the behaviour, so I removed the note "If not specified then all layers are searched in turn." from the qlayer documentation in cgi controls. Done for 6.0 and trunk in r12553.
