Description 

Looks like this earlier problem is back to haunt me.  I'm on the page: 
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/community/foundation/background/foundationtasks/ 
and click the Add Comment button at the bottom.  I fill in the form and it 
saves it to the wrong page, in this case to: 
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/community 
 
Could it be that it only saves to a primary level in the hierarchy?  I don't 
know what happened, but this was fixed at some point.  Perhaps the fix was 
removed due to a rollback?

Howard updated Plone last night, and I just tested this bug on
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/community/osgeo/background/

I enabled discussion, entered a comment, and it appeared at the bottom of the page!
