Overview ¶

This RFC updates MapGuide to use FastCGI now that it is offically supported by Microsoft for IIS.

Motivation ¶

For the last several releases we have been using un unsupported ISAPI module for IIS because Microsoft did not support FastCGI.

Proposed Solution ¶

Upgrade existing mapagent to support FastCGI.

Implications ¶

The unsupported ISAPI module for IIS will be dropped.

Test Plan ¶

Build/Run on Windows/Linux.
