== Overview ==

This RFC upgrade the OEM components to the latest version, including:
1. Upgrade Apache to 2.2.15 on Linux and x86, to 2.2.14 on x64.

2. Upgrade TomCat to 6.0.24

3. Upgrade geos to 3

There are many bug fixes for these components.

== Proposed Solution ==

Upgrade the Apache to 2.2.15 on Linux and x86, to 2.2.14 on x64.
Upgrade the TomCat to 6.0.24
