"Live" Map Definition editor — at Initial Version

Description
The introduction of the RuntimeMap viewer and the ability to go from Map Definition -> RuntimeMap -> Map Definition paves the way to add support for a new way to edit Map Definitions: A live Map Definition editor.
Basically this will function in a way similar to the MapGuide 6.5 Author in terms of how maps are created.
This will not replace the existing Map Definition editor, it will complement it. A new editor option will determine which one is used by default.
