Description
- Upgrade to use WiX 3.5
- Update FdoRegUtil.exe to use registration by library approach (supported by APIs introduced in FDO 3.6)
- Upon adoption of RFC 121. Update the binary PHP/Apache/Tomcat files to match the versions specified in the aforementioned RFC
