Description
Currently, if a provider is marked as PerCommandThreaded/MultiThreaded then it is treated the same as if it was PerConnectionThreaded. This is inefficent and doesn't take advantage of the extra capabilites of the FDO provider if it supports PerCommandThreaded/MultiThreaded.
