For example when we consider that mapset path would be stored in the workspace file (#3575), mapset could be then switched from ''File > Workspace'' and ''Settings > GRASS working environment > Change mapset''. If database/location/mapset is the data we are using/opening/connecting to then why it is in ''Settings'' and not e.g. ''File'' menu? (VP)
