* GRASS GIS 8 release schedule
  * we are at a very good point
  * lots of conferences upcoming where GRASS GIS 8 will be advertised in talks and demo sessions
  * Martin to provide basic "WinGRASS 8" instructions on the Wiki, Vero happy to beautify them
* Sponsoring
  * Two options: !OpenCollective or NUMFocus (originally founded by numpy etc).
  * it would be ideal if OSGeo takes the role of being the fiscal host
  * The OSGeo treasurer has already registered the GRASS GIS project under the hood of OSGeo in !OpenCollective
    * OSGeo would take 5% of donations - perhaps 0% - to be checked by Moritz
