"4. Install NSIS (2.38)"
actual version of NSIS is 2.45. (* Added support for Windows 7 installers)
So the link should be changed from
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/nsis/nsis-2.38-setup.exe
to
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/nsis/nsis-2.45-setup.exe

Updated README.html to make all future WinGrass installers compatible with Windows 7, although I have not yet tested the updated installer on a Windows 7 box (still works on Vista). (r39661,r39662,r39663)
