Description
The current real website for LibTIFF development is http://www.remotesensing.org/libtiff. The old site at www.libtiff.org is a hijacked domain which is out of date, though some parts of it point to the correct site. e.g. Current version is shown at 3.6.2 when it should be 3.9.1.

I updated as many as I had checked out in grass-web svn, but I think there will be some more.
