Description
In the 6.4 svn release branch, in the wxgui georectifier, when you run the actual georectification, it is always run with -c, regardless of whether the "clip to computational region in target location" box is checked or not.

Fixed for 6.4 in r39385. This probably still needs to be fixed in develbranch_6 and trunk, but can't backport because they are no longer in sync with 6.4 in this module. Changing version to 6.5.
