v.in.mapgen: add cats to lines

Hi,

it would be nice if v.in.mapgen would add sequentially increasing cat numbers to the lines it imports. currently all lines are without cat.

either by simply running v.category opt=add after the import or by modifying the awk script to create cat numbers directly in the v.in.ascii file.
