wxGUI: About GRASS GIS window doesn't let you view full lic or devs

In the latest wingrass installers if you do help-> about grass gis you get a window with License >> and Developers >> buttons. they expand but do not have scrollable boxes so you only see the first few lines of text.

dupe due to webpage resubmission... server is having issues .. non-responsive then comes back with

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
that may have caused the error.

and later with a trac error about the database being locked and a page of python errors ... it's been happening quite a bit lately ...
