r.watershed: RUSLE factors are wrong for incomplete basins

Description
RUSLE factors can not be properly calculated for incomplete (sub-)basins, but cells with wrong RUSLE factors can only be identified through negative flow accumulation. Make RUSLE S and LS values for these areas negative as for flow accumulation?
Related: is there need for slope length output? Slope length is calculated as internal variable, and it seems that in earlier versions of r.watershed (GRASS pre-6.x) slope length was an output option.
